My name is Derrick B. Collins, and I am the Owner of D. Collins Notary Services LLC. I am a Maryland commissioned Notary Public serving Prince George's County, MD.  I am a HIPAA Business Associate trained to handle and safeguard Protected Health Information (PHI). I am also a Notary Trust Delivery Agent trained to handle Estate Planning documents. I hold a Maryland Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC) license and, I am also a certified Notary Signing Agent.

 

I have 37 years of Department of Defense (DoD) financial management experience first as a Government Contractor and second as a Federal Employee. As a Contractor, I recognized the importance of meeting the needs of my government client with a high standard of excellence. As a Federal employee, I understood the importance of the public trust placed in me while working on some of our nation’s most highly classified defense programs. Throughout my career, I have endeavored to perform my duties marked by a personal code built on integrity, truthfulness and self-discipline. And as a Maryland Commissioned Notarial Officer, I will bring those same qualities to every assignment.​
