Healthcare Facility

Service Description

Navigating the legal landscape of healthcare can be overwhelming. Patients in health care facilities (hospital, rehab, assisted living, long-term care) are at their most vulnerable. Notarized documents are often required to ensure the validity of important decisions and actions and without these documents, the wishes and intentions of patients may not be honored, leading to potential legal disputes and emotional distress. So, notarizing for them requires extra care, compassion, and skill. Our training in HIPAA Awareness has prepared us to handle your sensitive medical information. Common documents that may require notarization for medical patients include: • Advance Healthcare Directive • Medical Power of Attorney • MOLST Form Hospitals may also require notarization for various consent forms and legal documents.
