Service Description

We utilize a secure and convenient online platform to offer Remote Online Notarizations (RON) for those customers located outside of Prince Georges County, Maryland or who wish to forego tangible documents. RON allows the signer to appear before the Notary Public at the time of the notarization using audio-visual technology over the internet instead of being physically present in the same room. This can be done from your desktop computer, your laptop, or your smartphone. Our In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN) service utilizes the same online platform as RON. But unlike RON, the signer and the Notary are in the same location, and both apply their electronic signatures to the documents. IPEN allows the Notary Public to protect their local relationships and business.
